Our latest model of aspirating single-end burner features a ceramic inner tube. The system collects data regarding the actual operating conditions and optimizes the operating parameters to save energy and improve the service life of the burner. Currently, over 4,000 of these burners are operating in actual production furnaces.
In stead of consuming raw gas, the internal furnace atmosphere gases exhausted from the hardening chute are used as the heat source for the flame curtain. This technique reduces the load imposed on the meshbelt by the system and helps provide a stable furnace atmosphere.

The meshbelt will inherently snake due to thermal expansion and other characteristics of the meshbelt. TOYO-RO's systems are provided with an automatic meshbelt zigzag motion
protection device that protects the systems from problems resulting from meshbelt zigzag motion.

Our meshbelts are driven entirely by drive rollers, which greatly improves the belt service life over systems that drive the belt with tension. Also, a large portion of the load placed on the meshbelt in conventional systems results from the method used to cool the bearings. TOYO-RO uses air cooling to simplify the equipment and make maintenance operations easier to perform.

In continuous conveyor furnace systems, the intimate relationship between the hardening furnace and the quench tank is extremely important. Our vast experience with a wide range of applications gives us a unique ability to handle such problems as how to reduce and process the vapors released when the workpiece drops into the quench tank and how to control the oil level in the quench tank. TOYO-RO's quench tank chute and oil curtain design are based not only on fluid mechanical calculations, but also on years of actual manufacturing and design experience.

Our original washing system is designed to achieve complete post-washing with water and nothing else. The system resulted from utilizing our long years of experience to develop a special shower nozzle and a special washing tank and continuously making efforts to improve our water heating method and oil-water separation methods.

We offer directly coupled atmosphere generators (TXG) and separately installed endothermic gas generators to meet a variety of user needs. Both types provide a stable atmosphere inside the furnace and we have almost as many atmosphere generators on actual production lines as we do furnaces. The CP value inside the hardening furnace or endothermic gas generator is detected with an oxygen sensor or carbon dioxide analyzer and the amount of carbon required by the work from the thermal refining process to the carburizing process can be automatically controlled.
