Our blackening-tempering furnace is a revolutionary device that is based on conventional homogenization and conducts both blackening and tempering simultaneously in an atmosphere generated using a unique method. This furnace forms a scale (a film of oxide) on the surface of steel parts and greatly improves the corrosion resistance, blackening effect, and lubricating properties in comparison with conventional methods. The furnace is also easily changed over for normal tempering treatment. Our system does not require a DX generator and significantly reduces running costs in comparison with conventional homogenization.
