After we developed the first automated system for meshbelt conveyor type heat-treatment furnace line, we have supplied a large number of automated systems and improved the systems based on the actual data obtained from various industries and users, and we systematically manage the product traceability.

For automated system, we intend to reduce the requirement for human decisions as low as possible. All steps from reservation of heat treatment to supply and unload of work are performed automatically.

We have improved appropriately the meshbelt conveyor type heat-treatment furnace line making the best use of software developed by us to control the feed rate and treatment conditions and record errors.

In the future, we will realize systems that cover the furnace operation, heating and exhaust heat recovery to reduce energy loss for environmental measures.
